NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS ASSOCIATION FOR ALBERTA STREET (ALBA) The Alberta Business Alliance
We are starting a neighborhood business association for Alberta Street, ALBA, the Alberta Business Alliance, to address issues on the street. We will be in touch with businesses and consultants in the area who would like to be part of our effort. We will be getting in touch with all organizations in our greater area as part of our planning. Please feel free to pass this information along to any interested parties.
As of now, we are a core group of 12 businesses. Beka at Orgin Flowers and Jason at Concordia Coffee House are among the leaders, feel free to drop in and speak to them or contact me. We are doing this to begin with under the Umbrella of Sabin CDC until we secure our nonprofit status.
We are holding a Visioning Process through a grant from the Mayor's Vision PDX organization and the Alliance for Portland Neighborhood Business Associations on July 6th from 6:30 to 8 at Concordia Coffee House, 2909 NE Alberta.
